About Last Minute Tee Times

Last Minute Tee Times was established in 2009 by Chris Haigh, its aim is simple, to deliver affordable golf to golfers and to help golf clubs get balls on tees!

As a PGA professional I have observed over the past 12 months the increasing number of golfers requesting deals on last minute tee availability. The website has been specifically designed to engage golfers looking for such availability, with golf clubs looking to advertise and sell otherwise unsold Tee times.

Chris has been involved in the golf industry for over 19 years and has helped develop golf at various clubs mainly in the South West. As a head PGA professional he has observed a decline in full green fee paying golfers and realised an opportunity to allow golfers to play courses they may not have normally dreamt of playing.

“ The idea came to me when I visited New York”. TKTS sell tickets for all the shows on Broadway but there is no guarantee you will get to see the show you want but you will get to see one at a vastly reduced price. Why not use the same theory for golf tee times? Give golf clubs an opportunity to sell tee times that they haven't sold, give golfers a chance to be rewarded for booking lastminute.

We are currently building our database of sites and should be ready to launch to the clubs and the public in early March 2010.
