How do I unsubscribe from the weekly emails?
At the bottom of every email from lastminuteteetimes.co.uk there is an unsubscribe link.
How do I change my details e.g. address, tee time preferences etc.?
If you have previously registered and want to change your details or preferences simply login to view and change your details.
Course/Tee Time Availability & Rates
Can I book golf at any course in the UK?
With lastminuteteetimes.co.uk you will be able to book tee times at any course that has been signed up to the service. We are constantly adding new courses to the site. However, not all golf courses are likely to sign up to the service. If you feel your club should be using this service why not get the Secretary/ Manager email us
How far in advance can I book a tee time?
This will vary for each club listed on the site. Normally we like to work on less than 24 hours; however tee times can be posted hours or even minutes before play.
Why are there times on the site that end up not being available?
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process. Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.
Is there a booking charge?
At the present time we are not charging a booking fee for transactions and we also do not charge a credit card fee.

Can I make tee time reservations by phone?
All tee times must be booked online - not over the phone. However if you encounter problems with booking your tee time please call 07900436670 for booking assistance.
How do I search for tee times?
There are a number of different ways to search for tee time availability on lastminuteteetimes.co.uk.
On the home page search on the left hand side by county, search on the sponsored courses in the middle on the home page or look on the right hand side for latest news showing available courses alternatively use the site search box.
What information is needed to book a tee time?
Information required when making a booking includes your name, email address, phone number and address. You will also need to give credit card / debit card details to secure the booking. All information apart from your credit card / debit card details is saved in your profile and can be edited at any time by you.
Did I get the tee time?
After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a 'Thank You' page containing the details of your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. You will also receive an email voucher with a unique reference number; you will need to take this to the course in order to validate your booking.
How do I change a booking?
To add additional players to your booking, simply make a new booking for the additional players. If you encounter problems booking more players please complete the contact us form or call us on 07900436670
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking you will need to call or email chris@lastminuteteetimes.co.uk
If I cancel a booking is the deposit refunded?
The majority of tee times do not require a deposit. If the cancellation request is made before the club's cancellation deadline the deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation request is made after the cancellation deadline it is at the club's discretion as to whether or not the deposit is refunded.

How secure is the information I give?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software on our third party payment providers websites, which encrypt information you input. For further information please read our Privacy Policy .
Weather Policy
What happens if the course has temporary tees or greens?
We endeavour at all times to notify customers of planned changes to the golf course.
However, as bad weather is inevitable during the course of the year golf clubs may either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.
Golf played on temporary greens and tees is non-refundable and is considered to be an accepted part of playing winter golf. Equally, trolley and buggy bans occur frequently when a course is wet and are determined by those in charge of the golf course.
Will I be contacted if the course is closed?
In the event of marginal weather, unless the golf course is deemed closed, all scheduled play will occur.
It is the golfer's responsibility to contact the golf club and confirm if the course is open for play. We encourage you to call ahead if the weather is in question to you.
The phone number for the relevant golf club is included in the booking confirmation email.
Will I be refunded if the course is closed?
If you are unable to play due to the course being closed please Contact Us with details and we will arrange for a full refund of the deposit you paid. Please include the course name and date when requesting a refund.
